Want to be a real estate investor?

Hey,

I personally think everybody ought to own a house. And
after you’ve bought one, I believe you should acquire at
least one more.

Here are the advantages:
You are now a real estate investor and can take advantage of the tax benefits.

You would get a little extra passive income every month when the person living there pays the mortgage.

You could sell the place offering owner financing, thus providing a service to one of the 60% of good folks in this country who can’t go to the bank to get a loan.

If your current owner leaves, you can sell it again. (If they owned the house, they probably fixed it instead of tearing it up as renters are prone to do.)

When you retire at a ripe old age, it will have appreciated, if you bought well, and you can sell it for extra retirement or emergency money.

Notice that I did not say rent a house to renters and collect rent.
There is a better way.

But before you do any of this, you HAVE to get the right
education.

After all, you wouldn’t jump behind the wheel of a boat and
take off into the open sea without first getting the right
education.

If someone leaves you a significant amount of money or if (heaven
forbid) you won the lottery, before you start trying to invest the
money, get a good specific education.

Very few people are successful investing in real estate without first
getting a proper education. The mistakes they will make can be
incredibly expensive. Yes, you can learn by doing but that’s the hard
way.

If you think education is expensive, try ignorance. Drew almost lost
$100,000 one time on one deal.

I went out in the front field in the middle of the night and cried out
to God.
I said, “Oh God! That boy you gave me is about to give away the
farm! Help us!”

Well, God came through as He always does and even though the
price was waaaay too low, the party who won the auction (yes,
it was on eBay) couldn’t come up with the money.
So they backed out and the farm was saved.

And I gave Drew a hollering at that he has never forgotten.
He said, “Well Mama, you told me to get rid of the property!”
And I said, “Yes son, but I didn’t mean to give it away.”

Well, that was a learning experience for all of us. And there was
no one educated in selling houses on eBay to learn from so he
learned a lot of lessons the hard way.
(And I learned to be careful what I tell him.)

But with traditional real estate, there are experts available to learn
from who keep you from making those expensive mistakes.

Lou Brown is one of my family’s mentors. He’s been around for
a long time teaching others about real estate as he continues to
invest personally.

Lou is one of the teachers who have created thousands of millionaire
real estate investors throughout the world.

Everyone I know uses his forms to complete transactions.

At Entrepreneur Days, he is going to show you examples of what he
has taught his students. He’s even going to show you pictures of houses
he has sold over and over.

He has one story of a house he’s sold many, many times since he
bought it years ago. It’s just a normal little house like you have in
your town.

Once you see what he does, you’ll be amazed at how easy it is to be
a real estate investor.

So if you want to be part of the 70% of the financially free in this
country who got there because of investing in real estate, do whatever
you have to do to get to our annual home business conference to meet
Lou Brown this August 24-26.

He is a great guy and you are going to enjoy his presentation so
much! Plus, he can change your life.

If you haven’t grabbed your seat yet, make sure you do it today!
Don’t let anything get in the way of you reaching your goals for
financial independence. Life is too short and your work on this
earth is too important.

I believe that YOU can do it… with the right education.
You didn’t get it in school, so I’m bringing it to you now.

This is where Drew and I learned to invest in real estate and I want
you to get the same Street Smart education we got from Lou Brown.

Join us in Atlanta this August!

And don’t forget to bring your teens!

Need vision and inspiration for your life?

Hey,

I often wonder why there aren’t more financially successful people in America.

The poverty level is around $19,000.
The mean income in America is about $46,000.
Business owners generally net about $400,000.

It seems that owning a business is more lucrative than working for someone
else at a job. Yet most of us haven’t been trained or encouraged to have our
own businesses.

There also are the risks.
What if things don’t work out as planned?
What about health insurance?
What if I don’t like the business after I start it?
Those are all viable concerns.

Things never work out as planned. That’s the beauty of the entrepreneurial way.
You don’t need a plan, you need a path.
Insurance? There are insurance programs for the self-employed.

If you don’t like doing what you started out to do, then outsource what you
don’t like to do and do what you love!

Einstein said, “Inspiration is more valuable than knowledge.”

My goal is to live an inspired life.

Every day, I want to walk in the inspiration of the Lord, hearing what He wants
me to do and doing what He says. I don’t want to be locked into a routine I can’t
break out of. I want to live my life free, yet responsibly.

We are often told that to live free means we are being irresponsible,
unstable and flighty. Yes, some folks are; but I doubt that most business owners
who control their own time and employ others would be called irresponsible.

I personally believe God created each of us to do a particular task.
And I’m not so sure that all of us are supposed to be employees working for someone else.
That’s just what we’ve been taught in the last few decades.
But that’s not the way it has to be.
I see way too many educated folks living too close to the poverty line these days.

Robert Kiyosaki paraphrased Buckminster Fuller in Rich Dad, Poor Dad, “Poverty has nothing to do with money. Money does not produce wealth. Wealth is what a person knows and the more people know, the richer they will feel.”

Our problem in America is that we are uneducated.

We have not been steered toward knowledge of how to create our own
businesses so that we can direct our own lives.

If someone else directs our lives, then we are ultimately not in control of it as we should be.
Yes, God is in control of everything but we are also supposed to be responsible
for each step we take, each habit we develop and each job we perform.

I agree with Thomas Edison who said, “If we did all the things we’re capable
of doing ...we would literally astonish ourselves.”

I am dedicated to helping people discover who they are and what they
were put on this earth to accomplish.

I work all year long putting together conferences with millionaire experts
that I meet along the way who have the vision and education that most of us lack.

I left society 10 years ago and have restructured my family’s entire life to be
able to provide help through people and resources to those who are serious
about changing their lives.
If you are one of the thousands who are struggling with life, there is hope.
I want to encourage you.

Every year, I invite a handful of experts to one place to give people like you
vision, inspiration and education you won’t find just anywhere.

And it’s all in one hotel, all during one weekend.

It’s called Entrepreneur Days and you’ve never experienced anything
like it before in your entire life.

There’s no way to imagine what will happen there. It’s just too incredible.
All you can do is attend and find out. And bring the teens because they
actually understand this thinking better than those of us who have been
trained not to dream.

As Les Brown says, “You don't have to be great to get started...
but you have to get started to be great".

Your goal may not to be great. But as you start discovering what you were
put on this earth to do, you’ll start becoming something you’re not.
You’ll start thinking like folks who have accomplished much.
You’ll start becoming a great influence in the world.
You’ll start becoming great.

Life is not supposed to be a methodical plodding from birth to the grave.
Rather, it should be a fun-filled adventure full of roller coaster experiences
pressed down, shaken together and running over with diversity and intensity.

Our focus shouldn’t be on paying the bills each month; it should be on
completing the projects God has given us.

And when one giant project is completed, ask, “Okay Lord, we built
that empire. What’s next?” And God may say, “Something bigger.
You were faithful with a little, now let’s go for a lot.”

I want to help you get a new life this August.

Learn How to eBay on Autopilot

Hey,

If your income could use a boost, eBay is the fastest way to get it.

Yet if you don’t use the power of the World’s Trading Post
correctly, you may create a monster of a job, like so many do,
that controls you instead of you controlling it.

eBay offers one way out of the Rat Race. There are several
other ways that the experts I’ve invited will be teaching at our
annual family business conference, Entrepreneur Days, this August.

This Tuesday night at 9pm EST, I’ll be talking with
Power Seller Mike Enos who has put his eBay business on autopilot.

He doesn’t sit around listing and shipping items all day; he has
set up systems so everything operates automatically.

Tuesday night, July 10th, he will explain the benefits of selling
on eBay when you know how to do it right.

Date/Time is: July 10th at 9pm EST

The number to call is: 605-475-4150.

Your Independence Day & Early Bird deadline

Hey,

Today our country celebrates its independence as a nation. It is a proud day.
Yet how many of us still live in financial bondage that keeps us from enjoying
the freedom and responsibility God created us to have?

We haven’t been trained to think for ourselves. We haven’t been encouraged
to have our own businesses. We haven’t been prepared to live financially free.

So when we get really sick and tired of living too close to the poverty line and
not being able to help others like we should, it’s time to take action.

And I want to help.

God has placed me smack dab in the middle of some very successful people.
None of them have jobs.In fact, most of them are unemployable.
Their minds have been stretched to think in ways that common Wal-mart
shoppers could never imagine.

They aren’t restricted by lack. They are challenged by adversity.
They even consider problems a blessing to solve. I have invited a handful
of these incredibly successful men and women who have knowledge and
understanding that few people have to spend the weekend with me this August.

Not everything you hear will be for you. Not everything I hear is right for me.
That’s why I have put together an assortment of businesses that anybody
can do so you can get a glimpse of several options.

I personally believe that teens should spend the years from ages 13 to 20
exploring career options. But how can they know what is possible unless
someone shows them some successful models?

This August, hundreds of people are going to get a clear vision of what they
can do from home. Hundreds are going to have their own personal
"Aha!" moments. Hundreds are going to experience a change of mindset
and attitude that they never could imagine.

I want you to be one of those hundreds. I want you to have your own personal
Independence Day. I want you to take control of your life so that you accomplish
what you were put on this earth to do in a gigantic way instead of circumstances
leading you through life like a donkey on a lead rope.

Life is too short to spend wandering in mediocrity. If you are ready to experience
freedom, then do what it takes to join us this August.

Tonight at midnight is the deadline for the Early Bird Special registration.

Bring some friends with you, and you can earn an affiliate commission when they register through you.

Find info on our affiliate program in the P.S. at the bottom of this page: http://www.EntrepreneurDays.com

The Duty of Parents

Hey,

Know what I’ve learned since I started educating my kids
at home 20 years ago? That part of the job of parents is to
help young people discover what they are good at and to help
them prepare themselves to enter the real world of work.

You can either be an employee and work for someone else,
or you can have your own business and work for yourself.

Traditional school prepares us to be good employees. But what
about those kids that just don’t fit the mold? What about those
kids who won’t play the game you have to play to be successful
in school?

They’re not always rebellious; sometimes they’re just different.

Well, I had at least one of those.
His name is Drew.

During the years he was at home, we had a blast learning together
about gardening, then farming, then the stock market, then real
estate, then eBay, then Internet marketing.

We just considered what we were doing as an extension of school,
which it was. It was real school where we discovered real world
activities and businesses that he enjoyed.

We did discover that he was not good with stock market investing.
He’s not a whiz with numbers. But he LOVES houses! So he now
builds houses and teaches real estate investors how to sell them on
eBay.

Who’da thought that he would stumble into something that no one
was doing? After all, he was just a 19 year old kid with some spare
time on his hands.

Well, that’s just the kind of thing that happens when you let the
power of imagination go in a motivated young person. We fueled
it with financial assistance to go to conferences and purchase home
study courses from experienced mentors.

Today Drew is married to the girl of his dreams, expecting his first
baby, building houses with his carpenter dad and loving what he is
doing.

It makes this mom, extremely happy to know that we discovered
his calling in life so early and that we were able to get the education
he needed to begin doing what he loves.

I often see 50 and 60-year-old men who still haven’t discovered
their life’s work. Many are stuck in jobs, just counting the days to
retirement. Many have given up hope of ever being happy and make
themselves content to just get by with not enough.

Personally, I think that is a tragedy.

There is so much more to life than what we’ve seen, especially now
that the Internet has brought the world of business to our very
fingertips.

And I want to help teenagers, moms and those 50 and 60-year-olds
find their call in life.

That’s why I bring expert millionaires to one place every year to teach
folks who are looking for practical education so they can break out of
the rut and find what’s in their hearts to do.

The place I bring them all to is a family home business conference we
call Entrepreneur Days. It’s 3 days of learning, inspiration and
networking with like-minded folks.

If anyone in your house is frustrated about where they are or aren’t in
life, here’s where to find something different.

No matter where kids are educated, I personally believe parents are
supposed to help them find their direction. Since most of us don’t know
what we want to be when we grow up, we may need some help with that.

Well, here’s help!

I’d love for you to join us this August!

When Drew Left Home

Hey,

When it’s time for a child to leave home, it's a hard thing
on a mom.

When our oldest son and resident real estate
investor Drew, moved an hour south last year, I missed
him but knew it was time for him to be out on his own.

I'm very proud of him because of the way he has learned
to think. He is on track to do something very wonderful
with his life. He started off financially free, not in debt and
without a clue about his future.

Last October, he married the girl of his dreams and this
January, they are expecting their first baby! Yahoo!

I'm convinced that if I hadn't changed the way I was educating
him a few years ago, he never would have developed this
entrepreneurial mindset so young. It started with a few good
mentors and I’ve since learned that good mentors are essential.

In fact, now *I* have mentors too! Even though I’m old like
the crypt-keeper (didn’t you just love Freaky Friday!), I’ve
learned so much about education, as I’ve educated my kids.

But whether you educate your kids yourself or not, to have a
home business, I personally believe that you have to have wise
mentors to help you get the right perspective and education.
Mentors can show you short-cuts you would never even know
exist.

And so many people today don’t realize how easy it is to have
a home business. I think it is essential because this world we
live in is shifting daily.

We no longer live in the Industrial Revolution; we’re now in the
Information Age. Times are changing, jobs are changing.

If you don’t take control of your own life by having some kind
of home business, you really aren’t in control of your whole life.
It’s not a bad thing to have a job; it just can’t be your entire source
of income. If you have a job, you have to learn to invest or you could
find yourself in a big mess on retiremennt day.

Drew learned to invest what he earned and to manage his business
well. That’s how he became so successful by the time he was 21
years old.

He managed or owned 24 houses and brought his dad home from
corporate America. Now he owns a construction company and his
dad works for him.

Am I proud of him? You bet! Was it easy educating him to be his
own boss and not to depend on an employer? Nope!

But now that he has proven that anyone with an above average
intelligence can become financially free in this country simply by
applying some basic principles of using real estate and eBay, I am
dedicated to helping others learn how as well.

That’s why I host the only conference of its kind where you can
learn about investing in real estate and the stock market, selling
on eBay, getting a small business grant, and using the Internet for
any kind of business, where kids are welcome!

I want to help family members learn together about small business
like Drew, my husband and I did; yet how can you know who to
trust these days. With all the information available, it’s hard to know.
That’s why I take my responsibility seriously to invite the best mentors
for families.

This August, we are hosting our annual home business conference
where a select group of hand-picked millionaire experts will teach
a variety of ways to work from home. They will be teaching basic
businesses that anyone can succeed with.

And the vision and information these experts will provide can change
your life just like it has hundreds of families who have attended for
the past four years.

In fact, my son Drew will be there teaching how to sell houses on eBay.

If you are ready to learn more about how you can take back control
of your financial life, mark your calendar and get ready to join us.

The deadline for the Early Bird Registration is midnight July 4, 2007.
After that, registration goes up to the regular price.

And when you’re thinking of who to bring, don’t forget that teenagers
learn this technical business stuff faster than us old folks do. Computers
don’t intimidate them at all.

So make sure you bring at least one teen with you.

We also have an affiliate program so you can earn your way there.
Learn more about it in the P.S. at the bottom of this page:

http://www.EntrepreneurDays.com

In the meantime, think about your life and where you currently are.
If you are disappointed with your life, decide to do something
different.

If you aren’t sure which direction to go, join us this August for a small
smorgasbord of home businesses that have worked for us.

You’ll be glad you did!

I hope to see you soon!
